Can I try your puzzles out before signing a contract?
When you sign up to begin receiving our puzzles, you are signing up for a monthly subscription which you may cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract period.
How do I receive my puzzles?
Puzzles are sent via email on the 20th of the month prior to the publication month. For example, September's puzzles will automatically be sent out on August 20th.
Can I change the layout of the puzzles to fit my publication?
We offer several different layout options (see our samples page), which you may resize slightly if needed, but the layout itself may not be changed in any way.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer a discount to publishers of two or more publications - please Contact Us for rates and info.
Can I sign up to receive just the Sudoku puzzles?
Sudoku puzzles are offered only in conjunction with the crosswords; they cannot be purchased alone.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We prefer payment by check or money order upon receipt of our invoice; however we CAN accept credit card payments through PayPal - please Contact Us for details.
What difficulty level are your puzzles?
All of our puzzles - both crossword and sudoku - are medium-level difficulty.
I can't find the puzzle files that were sent to me for this month - what do I do?
Occasionally puzzles get misplaced, and we are more than happy to resend them - simply Contact Us with the name of your publication as well as which puzzles you need resent. Please allow 24 hours for us to resend them.
